Member Posts: 499 Location: Appleton | We paid out just under $16,000 in cash and merchandice. Cash payout down to 18th place with 18th place getting thier entry fee back. The top five teams recieved plaques. Additionally four teams out of the money recieved merchadice. With 101 teams twenty two teams which is over twenty percent went home with cash or merchandice. Big fish alone had over $250 worth of merchadice plus plaques. Teams are also fishing to qualify for a Championship with no entry fee with a payout over $22,000 cash plus merchadice and a free awards banquet.

Member Posts: 499 Location: Appleton | Nice picture and nice fish. That smile is what it is all about. There are a lot of teams that would have liked to weigh that one yesterday with the tough bite. Edited by Jim Coon 5/3/2010 9:26 AM

Anyone know where some of the bigger weights came from? Was it a trolling bite or did all different tactics prevail? Congrats to the Van Schyndels, great bag in tough conditions!

Very nice job Jim. You paid down to 18th place while the FLW paid down to 9th. That's with your entry fees being lower than $600 per person and the costs of doing your tournament much lower.
Great bang for your buck

Thanks. I cant take much credit except for just showing up and fishing I was in Florida for that whole week beforehand. I have to give all the credit to my dad and our partners. It was a day were you dont catch a lot of fish but you get 8 walleye bites and 5 of them are the right ones.
