stinger i have been running my 1/2 oz and 1 oz weights pretty close to the charts in precision trolling book.they are within a foot or two.but that book is true to no current and exact speed it says,i ran mine in 12 fow and calculated from ther..hope it helps maybe someone will have a better exp..if this dont help | |||

Good rule of thumb to statrt from is 1oz will dive at aprox. half the distance back at 1mph, so 20 back on a 1 oz will put ya down 10ft. from there you can derive the depth of half oz and 2 oz fairly close, experiment from there and always try and fish avbove the fish a tad, more in clear water and less in dirty or styained water, good luck, Kannon | |||
