A BIG Thank You to the staff at Mr. Outboard and the AYA organization for running a top notch tourney FOR THE KIDS, there were a ton of smiles and excitment through out the whole day for all involved, a special thanks for the volunteers in launching boats, parking trucks, running the weigh in and the quick release of the fish, 50 boats in and out and not one issue!!! Great Job !!!! My Niece went home with a smile from ear to ear and some very sore arms from fighting fish through out the day!!

An insight to the bite- the recent rain had cooled off the Bay along with the bite, water temps dropped as much as 8 to 10 degrees along with the clouding up from the run off. Our fish came from finding the warmer temps in shallow water and pulling spinners, Bright colors are a must and most all fish came from the new copper zebra blades from Big Eye Custom Lures.

Special thanks again for a very well run tournery and all those that donated there time for the kids along with the major sponsors and Mercury, Lund and Mr. Outboard donation of the Boat/Motor Trailer combination, you made one littel girl very happy to own her own boat!!!

congrats Greg. The coolest thing about it was he never said a word and let the little girl tell everything about the day. All Greg did was stand back and smile. This tourney is still one of the funnest tourney I fish all year cause its with my kid . Finishing fourth
