I have a 2005 620 w/225 merc opti w/ a Rev 4 19p 4-blade but its a slug out of the hole and 54mph on top @ 5500-5600rpm. What prop would be best?

Also have you tried anything with PVS system on the prop, you could possibly open them up and see if that helps holeshot.

21 or 23 tempest is probably the best all around prop for that combo.

If 1 19 doesn't get that thing up, then it must have all the holes plugged. Try opening them up. 1/4" 3/8" and finally remove them, and see the changes.

Rev4 is a big diameter prop, and that's a lot of bite to get turning. The motor needs the prop to slip a bit on the hole shot.
