was just checking the river gauges but haven't got down to look for myself. i noticed that the flow has shot up. did they open the rollers back up after they shut them all on dec. 1st?

Monday 26th. The bite was rather good today. Jigging and a few on Rapalas. 12 to 20 ft of water.

Are the boat ramps OPEN in Dubuque yet???

Boat ramps are open and the fish are bitting. Small side but its nice getting bites!!!!
