Location: Green Bay, WI | From the pictures I saw on BASSMASTER.com only one person was fishing. The marshal was just observing.

Location: Stevens Point, WI | That is correct. The Bassmaster Elite Series is the only series where the observer/Marshal as the Elites call them do not allow them to fish. So you won't see any weights for them. |
