Location: Manitowoc, WI | Does anyone know the contact information for a hunt club called the Fin & Feather Club of Maine Township? They own a large parcel of land near Shiocton and I'm trying to find a means for speaking to whoever manages this property. The address given is 6480 Paynes Point Road in Neenah but I cannot find a contact phone number. Thanks for anyone who might be able to help me!! |

| Jerry, there is a J&H club in the shiocton/naverino area that has land available for different hunts/purposes. I recently saw an ad at the clubhouse about some land.
There is also a fin and feather club west of neenah, unfortunately I don't know much more than that.
Someone should summons, Dale Frank....he know's EVERYBODY in the payne's point hood.

| The j&h hunt club used to be owned by the spaldings who now own jasport or/and school speciality in appleton, they kept a smal parcel but soldthe remaining to the wdnr and it is now public. Not sure ifthis is the areayou are looking. I have been there many times. Great hunt opportunities and not many know it became public not too long ago.

Location: Manitowoc, WI | Thanks Dale. I appreciate your help!! The name I was given is Mike Davids. He claims to own a couple of auto shops in the Oshkosh area and he's the guy I've been talking to regarding leasing this property. He says his father is part of this hunt club who is leasing the property out. I'm just trying to make sure I'm not getting scammed by someone who doesn't own the property. I know the cautious approach to take but I'd like to know for sure before I come over the Shiocton and not waste my time. The Paynes Point Road address I have is from the tax bill to the hunt club.

Jerry, I was bored and curious so searched some public record sites. There are people who live or have lived at the Payne's address that share a last name with a gentleman that received a farm subsidy through a business with the name of the club you're investigating. I don't know if that's much help but there does seem to be some connection between the 2.

| We too were trying to rent the land, he was going to meet us and now no reply, his phone is shut off and voicemail full, if this is a scam, we want to see justice served. He wanted us to send him money to rent the land, but we couldn't find the land/his name of ownership on our plot book, any info you obtain would be greatly appreciated. |
