If this could get passed, a Senior citizen attaining the age of 62, may purchase an annual universal fishing license which grants fishing privileges in any state of the USA!  That is a huge deal for those on fixed incomes as most of our seniors are.  I'm signing and sending mine in and I hope you do as well.
