Watched Gillespie's show yesterday and it was a repeat of last week's show up in Cable. Talked to a friend in Milwaukee today and he said Gillespie was fishing on Winnebago with Larry Smith. We must have the television Grinch here in Oshkosh...first we miss the first 7 minutes of last week's Packer game, this week we miss good local fishing.

Thanks, just needed to vent!

I was told the Winnebago show aired in the Milwaukee market today. Perhaps it was last year's show.

I can catch walleye here most of the summer, but don't do well in the winter, so I was hoping to pick up a few tips. Oh well, perhaps I just have to spend more time on the hard water.

I believe the show was from last year. He was on the wolf. Caught a lot of smaller eyes.

This was Ice fishing. I saw the show two weeks ago and it was open water. It was Larry and him ice fishing on the wolf. That Larry is one amazing guy.

As Quest said, Earl Gillespie passed away last week. He was a long time sports reporter and the voice of the Milwaukee Braves. I think that's where John got the GET THE NET thing. Earl and his partner Blaine Walsh would net foul balls during the Braves games.
