I have been on the lookout for a boat since last fall and think I may have finally found one! I am just wondering if anyone has a Champion 186, or has been in one. I am wondering about the ride, as a quick Internet search revealed that this may be a wet boat! I am also a little concerned that Champion is no longer making boats, so my guess is that if I ever had problems I would be on my own!

I know in the past they had some problems with the hulls delaminating.

I had the champion 186 bassboat for 9 years... (completely different than the fishunter) boat survived 3 outboards, 3 trolling motors 3 sets of tires and a replaced axle. took it on the nastiest water in the northeast too many times... That little green boat was a beast... If a fishunter were for sale in ny back when I bought the tuffy... I woulda taken a serious look... It's a used boat, check it out first...
FYI- if you follow bass tourneys at all, Skeet Reese and Mike Mclelland, both longtime Champion guys, still fish in Champions, Only its called a Stratos 210...
