Location: Rhinelander | Navigate to the page where you log in, and download a new Java from the link there. Easy to do, and should correct your troubles. |

Location: Berlin | Steve, when I go to the chatsite log-in page it has a grey rectangle box in the middle of the screen but there are no words anywhere. I went to the java home page and downloaded the newest version but it still does not work. It used to work but for some reason it does not anymore. |

Location: La Crescent, MN | please post your os, browser model and version, as well as what brand/version of java you have installed
also, if you are behind a firewall that closes off PORT 8080 then you are out of luck. |

Location: Berlin | Windows 98 1st edition, AOL 9.0 optimized and as far as a firewall, I have no idea. I can check it out if you can tell me how. Thanks,
