It's already Feb. and there doesn't seem to be anyone planning the annual website tourny. Last year the outdoors first owners promised to take over from Lumpy and put on an expanded / exceptional tourny. I'd like another chance at that traveling trophy. What about it guys? ≤

I was thinking about this the other day. It's always a good time to fish against some goodsticks that are on the boards. Will be there again this year!!

I have the material from Lumpy now, and will be setting a date and venue soon. Zach and I will be at the Walleye Expo his weekend, and will have some time to set things up.

I believe the date is June 26th. It is held at Rainbow Park Pavilion in Oshkosh. Steve, do we have the Pavillion booked? Lumpy, what do we need to do to assure we will have the Pavillion? Steve, do you need any help? Zach? Troy?

Who do we need to contact to get the Pavillion? Remember if we go that weekend then the Gassers are out since they'll be in the MWC tournament that weekend.

Unfortunately, yes, they would be out. But they haven't fished it the last three years either. I am hoping to stay loyal to those who have fished this every year, or just about every year.

If you think it won't be an issue then that is the weekend, we will all be there that weekend anyway. Anyone have the pavillion number? We will try to get the entry forms finished and released by the end of the month.

Is there going to be room for some new people to get in? I just looked at the calendar and I'm going to be off that weekend.

I'd have to look at the sign up for last year, but I don't think we filled it full.

Anybody have Lumpy's phone number? I could call him and find out what we need to do to get the Pavillion again this year.

Well, we had 26 teams last year, so I think it was full. How many teams can we have? Can we do 30? Open ended?

I sent Lumpy an E-mail on how to get the Pavillion reserved, and some other issues. Hope he gets back to me so I can get this part taken care of. Steve, I see you have material from Lumpy. Does it have info on how to get the Pavillion? What else can I help with?

I sent Lumpy an e-mail on what and who to contact regarding the Pavillion at Rainbow. He said it is already booked. I am going to call and see if we could put up a tent, perhaps. Will post when I know more.

OK, here is the deal for the Pavillion. It is booked for Saturday, June 26th. So we have a couple options.

1. Hold the Website Tourney on Sunday, June 27th. The pavillion is open, and I have it tentatively reserved. We will need to decide by early next week.

2. Still hold it on Saturday, June 26th, and get a tent for shelter in case of rain. We would be able to put a tent up north of the shelter. Only problem would be if we needed electricity, but we could run an extension cord. Not sure what a tent would cost.

3. Hold it on June 26th at another location.

I will put up another thread to get a vote.
