Location: Neenah, WI | I'm mad enough to spit!!!!!!!! The Brewers are down 9-0 in the 4th and the Reds pitcher plunks the hitter on the shoulder (near the head). You could tell by the release that he was going for him. In the 5th the Brewer pitcher DOES NOT throw a pitch close to a Reds hitter. What the heck is up with that? Baseball just isn't the same anymore.
Well, I guess I just had to blow off some steam. Thanks for listening. |

I hope you stuck around for the end of the game last night. Those guys are riding some kind of lucky streak right now. Suicide Squeeze in extra innings? unreal

| That game the other night was a tough one for me to take (if you couldn't guess I'm a Reds fan). I agree with you, though. Many pitchers won't pitch inside anymore. There's still a few left that will give the hitters a little "chin music". Keep in mind that if your an American League pitcher, you don't have to step up to the plate-nobody likes to get a pitch inthe ear-hole! |

WOW!!!
Both games with Cincinnati were a fan's dream! (Brewers fan that is:-)). I missed Bill Hall tearing the cover off the ball in the first game, so I sat and watched the next game with the idea that I'm not switching off the channel and miss another moment like that.
And Bill Hall didn't disappoint me! Yippee!
