Location: Rhinelander

The morning dawned rainy and windy, but warm. Air temps are in the upper 50's. The river came up about 6" after the downpours yesterday. One angler I spoke to commented that if the water didn't get real muddy, the 6' increase wouldn't hurt his pattern.

35 boats left at 7 AM, and will return at 4 PM for the weigh in. Watch for comprehensive coverage this evening.
