Location: Neenah Wi | All right who took all the fish out of winnebago?WAS out today and only caught 6 small eyes and another sturgeon. What the heck happened to the bite?I tried just about everything in my box high low and in between. And as for only 40,000 sturgeon in the system I think that is under estimated.IN the last 2 weeks I've snagged 2 sturgeon.HA and I got my baits back too.Sturgeon 0 Risor39 2 I fished the north end and from stevens to garlic Is. to the east shore. |

Location: Neenah, WI | Well Bud, it's like this- those 60 or so little squirts we caught in Otter Street are kinda sore in the mouth right now. Geez, maybe we kept catching the same fish? Keep your nose to the grindstone. The good ones will show up sooner or later. |

| Right up to last Friday, the day before showtime at the Otter, Me and my partner were sure we had the best 4 spot on the lake. That N wind on Friday night made us scramble to avoid 0s. I guess we should have been fishing north. Even as dirty as the water is, we still found some decent fish in the river by the Pioneer.
Take care,

Location: Oshkosh,WI | Temp at 5:00pm was 69.7 (little to chilly) and we trolled out in the middle (w/ everything possible) for 2 hours without a fish - Moved into humpville and hammered 25 out from 7pm-9. Biggest fish was 17" w most cookiecutter 14"ers. We also thought w/ the way the fishing was prior to Otter that we were in contention to do well - I believe the cold front, mud pouring in from the river and the heavy winds played a great part in our demise. Ahh but 40hrs fishing in a week beats 40hrs working!!!
