Location: Lake City MN | Not alot has changed up here on pool 4, these fish just keep going and going. There is a fatastic year class of eyes comming thru this year and they really like to eat.. My best eye bite has been in the lake trolling crankbaits on leadcore, flatlines on boards, and three-ways. The fish are spread out on the drops so covering water is a good choice. The smallie bite has also taken off big time in the past month. Once the water dropped in the river the fish really schoolled up and put the feed bag on. We have had some fantastic bites not only on spinning gear but also with flyrods, what a riot. Man I love this river, what a place to call home. Have fun and enjoy life.
