I second that!

Guys, without getting too political, go and vote.

And if you are an outdoorsman and hunter, be sure you consider who voted FOR every anti gun bill in his history as a congressman, and who will take many guns away if given the chance.

This was not posted looking for a fight, nor will there be any argument about the stand I have taken.

We are all friends here, with some difering opinions and personally it will stay that way on my end.

GO VOTE!

Just heard a report that tires were slashed on 30 vans in Milwaukee area that were to be used to shuttle people to polling stations. The vans were chartered by one political party and allegedly vandalized by the other. Those types of acts that prevent democracy from working are exactly what we are trying to fix in Iraq and Afganistan. Nice example we're setting.

Or it could have been in a rough neighborhood and and is an everyday experience,...or it could have been at McDonald's after the voting when they were getting free food...or, or, .........and, ................and.

I heard in Chicago hearses were delivering stiffs to vote in certain precincts, too.

Come on , Thumper. There's no point in relaying anymore rumors, this stupid campaign is OVER!.

It's not a rumour. Check out the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. It's not rocket science to see what happened.

I just turned 18 this year and I am very proud to say I voted. I was suprised at how many people were voting at the polls here on campus, but it was good to see.

That's it, I'm starting a new political party. It's ridiculous that we got stuck having to elect either one of these Bozo's as the most powerful leader in the world. Neither one is qualified. If Perot would have ran this year, or McCain on an independent ticket either one would have won. It's time to break up this 2 party system and allow some REAL Americans to represent us.

Bush wouldn't be able to manage a McDonalds on his own, and Kerry has done nothing but lived off the Government tit for the past 30 years. Neither one is a leader.

It sounds like there are very high, if not record turn-outs of voters in many states. Both CNN and FOX reported the slashed tire incident in Milwaukee. Must be a slow mid-day for news. Action should pick-up early evening. Mike

I voted and feel better about it.

Now all we have left to do is sit back and watch the lawyers line-up with the law suits. We'll have our first glimpse of who should probually win later tonight. The real winner will not be declared until 05

I must say it is a proud day in our household. For the first time, I was able to go to the polls with my wife and two sons (21 and 23) for the Presidential election. My oldest just returned from Fla. in time to register and vote in Wi. It may seem silly, but I left the polls feeling a little better about everthing and thankful this election season is over. In life, it is the little things.
Take care,
Jim

Jim, I am with you. Our 22 year old, before she headed off for her work got up real early today so she could go vote. Having lived at college the past 5 years, she is adapting to a life of work/work/work. She was very confident in her thinking and in the past several weeks, asked good sound questions. Mike
