Thanks fo the heads up Jack.....I'll go away quietly........I updated windows today and could not get on since. It was funny I could post that message but could not read it or log on to read it. I had to shut off some things to get here. Deleting cookies did not help. Okay I'll go away now......

Yea Steve,

Thanks for asking. It was not a problem here on WF but on my end. I updated windows security and it messed with my provider software. I was not getting any updated messages/pages. I would have to exit the internet, re-boot and then see new pages ONCE before happening again. My provider has a software that is supposed to speed up the process ...... looks like all they do is store cookies to speed up refresh. That's where the problem is/was.
