I fished with Bruce Samson last year up at Devils Lake and nailed some nice eyes with Salmo's. Matter of fact a reporter with us, Brad Dokken, took picture's of me with one and Bruce with another that he used in the article. After I got home I went over to the local Ganders and didn't find any so I went else where. A discussion came up on Walleye Wizards about who liked them or not, was about 20 to 0 for, but every one was wondering why they're so hard to find. The only complaint was the price, but everyone still used them.

Daves kaboom shiners were hot last both for walleyes and king salmon on lake michigan. Xtremetackle.com has some new hot customs in the deep dive model for this season. Believe it or not my best walleye color last year was glow green squiggles. Early and late also all day on foggy days.
Good luck next year

The Deep Ka-Boom! Shiners that Xtreme Tackle are carrying this year include ALL 46 standard colors that I stock in my warehouse, and up to 17 special colors also. Many are glow, I believe 8 glow and have red hooks. All customs are carried there in all 3 series of my lures, including the new shallow Ka-Boom! Shiner! He also carries my 60 stock colors of Winning Streaks and at least 8 glow colors with red hooks! I just have not yet delivered the new shallow shiner yet...will asap!
