Fished the upper end of the pool on Sunday afternoon and had a great time. Caught good numbers of walleyes in the 17 to 24 inch range. As has been the case for the past month or so most of our fish came pulling plastics real slow in 12 to 16 ft of water. Man there is a nice year class of fish comming through right now, should make for a great season. Good luck to all.

Fishing has been great this week. Ring worms and minnows have been producing some nice fish. Towards evening try casting some ring worms along the rip rap at the dam.

Fishing near the head of the lake has not been to bad lately. I have been out a few times in the past two weeks and with the water coming up and down everything is differnt for me day to day.
Pitching glow nuckle balls and ring worms have been putting most fish in the boat, with dragging Zone-R's following right behind. Im dragging with ringies too.
The best colors for me have been ..well anything brite!

How is that new boat treating you Brian? Look out Mississippi mud & sheephead slime can be difficult to get off gelcoat and carpeting! Just kiddin'

You will have to let me know when you come down next we will go pull some core around, 50 degree water temp is just a few days away I had 48 on Sunday! Id be crankin now but theres to much crap in the water.
