Location: Kaukauna WI | Hello
Just got home from a 2 week trip to AR. If anyone is interested in a place of great beauty go to here the Ozark Mountains are wonderful and breath taking. The reservoir was full of fish just not active ones we were looking for. The tourney was held during multi cold and weather patterns that effected the bite I personally caught my lone keeper on day two on a tip from a friend that new the local DNR had shock a certain area and fish were there just laying on bottom. The most frustrating point would be 26 to 28 inch Walleyes that come to surface and just watch my rouge, ripshad, shad rap or Nitro Shiner go bye on all 3 days. I think this is a great fishery but we just hit it wrong.

| Mike, thanks for the read, and congrats on the fish! Best promo I've heard about Arkansas in a while!
Good Luck

Location: Rhinelander | The bite was so tough it was almost impossible. Those fish there are really tough to catch during the spawn, that's for sure. Congratulations on a very nice fish! Arkansas is absolutely stunningly pretty, especially when all the dogwoods are in bloom. Deer, timber, turkeys, trout leaping out on the water, and nice folks.
