WOW what a boat show! Never saw so many rigs in one place over the weekend. Looked up and down river and counted 100 rigs in almost every place I went, from Freemont to Winneconne. If you thought Depere was bad this was a Zoo. Some were lucky enough to get limits others ZILCH. Many large females spawned out thoroughout the system from New London all the way to the mouth in Oshkosh. (heard similar stories all the way to Shiocton) Fish were going both ways and it seemed like the bite was best before 9:00am and after 6:00pm. 3/8oz jigged in the holes early and 1/4oz after the sun got up in the shallows. Color didn't seem to matter. Some good success downriver pullin three ways as well!
Good Luck

Only a couple of males tonight and a whitie mixed in there believe it or not! If those things start moving into the river this weekend and draw a crowd, I'm pullin boards all weekend! Enough is Enough, what happened to the days when you could fish in a little peace and quiet. Maybe I'll head north by Steve and get that solitude after some pannies!
Good Luck
