Down here around the southern teep of lake michigan, the gobies are feeding the gorging smallmouth bass population. Its not encouraging to see another evasive species, but I am glad something is eatin em. |

Location: Green Bay, WI | On another thread I had said that when I saw Kendal's presentations at the FOCAS meeting, we spent a lot of time on an invasive species presentation. He had this video too. The scarier thought is what would these things do around spawning sturgeon, who don't guard their eggs? |

Location: Menasha, WI | That was my implied point and it's not just the sturgeon that leave their eggs unattended. Sauger, eyes, etc... Think about the time, effort, and expense that has gone into sauger rehabilitation and how all that work could be effectively negated by the introduction of gobies. |

| Don't know how many of you guys/gals troll the northern bay, but if you do you are very familar with these creatures. If your trolling harnesses and turn or slow down in anyway that your harness may touch bottom say goodbye to your nightcrawler. Those little suckers can rip all six of your nightcrawlers off in about 5 seconds flat after putting boards out. What a pain in the butt. |

| I wonder if they can survive in bago. they dont fair well in mud. and if they stick to the rocks i think the walleyes will be filling up. |

| the only downside to them not surviving in mud is winnebago is clearing up, wait ten years from now. I know people who have caught them one dam from winnebago, all you need is one dumb person to throw one in, scary thought
