| Here is the hypothetical situation. 3 guys fishing a tournament using my boat and all my equipment. I am doing all the driving as I know best how to use my electronics and of course control my boat. One of the prizes is for big fish and they give away a product not money. Also most people where I fish collect fish tags like duck hunters collect jewelry. Understandable if we were to win big fish basket we would split the money, but what happens if we win big fish? or get fish tags? No chance for me to get either as I am driving. How does one go about setting up some sort of agreement before hand. What do you do in this situation to be fair to all? Jake |

| Immediately after netting the big fish, give your fishing partner a gentle push in the back and send him overboard... there... problem solved... and if you really like the person (i.e. favorite brother that got you into fishing and showed you all his spots)... throw him a life jacket and tell him you'll meet him back at the dock.
If there are 3 guys in the boat, well then we have a situation on our hands and that's tough to answer not knowing who is the strongest in the boat.
(No wonder I can't get anyone to go fishing with me)

Your boat, your equipment, your prize?
Actually, there must be a reason you guys are fishing this tournament together. Perhaps one of you should put the prize up for auction, and then split the money. |
