Location: Sheboygan,WI | Our new boat is ready to rock and roll. Tuffy has done a great job putting together a great boat in the new 1890. We will be using it for the MWC World Walleye Championship. Anyone interested in one who would like a ride just let me know.

| Hmm, well my dad just got a 2006 1760 last fall with a F150 and T8, maybe that is the boat your thinking of? Mark hasn't had a tuffy since 2002. Either way, i'll try to get some pics up as long as were doing this. |

Location: sheboygan, wisconsin | got a chance to get the boat out last night for some break in time on lake michigan 2-3 foot rollers from the north east and about a 15 mile hour wind out of the northwest did about an hour and a half with a 21 tempest plus, boat rode real well but no high speed stuff. Then I took her back to the dock and met my son russell who had a brand new rev 4 21 pitch in his hand so we pulled her out and changed props and headed back out and must say alot more lift with the rev 4,but about the same ride at mid-range speeds. all testing was done with the motor tucked all the way in and rpms where within break in procedure all in all the boat rode the waves really nice never slaped or pounded at all came off each roller and eased back in the water very nicely.I must say very impressed with hull so far can't wait to get her on some calm water to see what she can do.

| If your gonna run the revolution 4 again, you should raise your motor, as that will keep the bow down more and the prop will really shine in rough water. A 19p rev4 on the 1760 is insane. |

Location: sheboygan, wisconsin | motor was raised to second hole from the top as zach and stacker said that's were it needed to be,I did notice that the rev 4 did push the bow down more than the tempest as I said all testing was done with motor trimed all the way down and on the low end of the rpm scale for break in. It was just rough enough that you had to drive the boat, slipknot do you have solid plugs or small, med,or large hole plugs in your prop. Russell is picking up all the differt size plugs today and we leave for the mwc championship this weekend we will get that rev 4 fine tuned and report back after we get back. Hey slipknot if it has not already been offered if you want to take her for a test drive let me know, and thanks everyone for all the help |

| Well, I should have said good luck at the MWC.
Hopefully I was right in offering congrats! |

| On our 1760 with the 19p rev4 we had no plugs in at all, just open holes. This boat is just a bit slow out of the hole, and we got the best holeshot with no plugs in. In the 21p tempest the large hole plugs are in. |

Location: Rhinelander | They are looking to go to a 2060 DS, bigger boat and more power. Tuff Team Factory team sells thier boat every year anyway! |

| Looks to be some great buys on the Tuff Team boats. I see they are well below retail or what you can get them for at any dealer. Not bad for boats that were used for 6-8 months. Check the classified Ads here. |

| Dear Champ: I stumbled onto the WalleyeFirst.com website and read that you purchasing or have purchase a Tuffy 1890. I have beem intrigued with Tuffy boats for some time and would like your opinion of this unit after you have a chance to use it. Also, if you don't mind, I have a couple of questions I would like to ask. 1. Why did you go with the 1890 vs. the 2060? 2. Approx what's a rig like this cost?. Thank you for your time.
