Location: Gladstone, Michigan 49837 | Wishing each and everyone of you a very "blessed and happy" Thanksgiving Day with Family and friends.
A warming week of weather should give all you anglers at least another week of fishing on the Bay's waters. Daytime temps. predicted in the mid 40's to almost 50' tomorrow for "turkey-day!"
Water surface temps. running at the 40' mark varying from the upper and lower Bay several degrees.
Angler success and reports coming in here at the Shoreline Sport Center still telling me an evening/dark bite occuring while both trolling and casting minnow style baits.
Jig fisherman have been doing fairly well catching some nice fish using Redtail Chubs and Sucker minnows in the 4 inch size working the breaklines and shallow flats still containing green weeds. Talking to some of the guys and they are spotlighting the shallows at night seeing some real nice fish cruising looking for food.
Keep in touch guys and keep looking for us to announcing our up-coming feature from the SHORELINE SPORTS CENTER any questions or wanting info. give us a call at 906-233-0397
Here's a couple of brothers I fished with several years ago from Grand Rapids, Michigan and a morning catch working deep breaks, jigging, redtails and this same time frame,
Good luck to all, be careful on the waters always.
Again Happy Thanksgiving Day and save a "drum-stick" for me!!!!!
Marty
