Bought a used 1760 osprey and was wondering if it is possible to redo the transom area which is all carpet ,to todays style which is that black anti slip rubber at the factory. All the carpet has grease on it and the glue has come loose. Is it like that tuff coat at cabelas?
Thanks

I do like that in the transom area, you dont slip around.

I bet you could use that stuff from Cabelas

give Tuffy a call and ask them.
i know the stuff they're using now is a particular kind of material that is designed to be resistant to the gas/oil etc. prone to be in the splashwell, and also acetone-resistant so that you can use harsher cleaning agents on it.

Location: Rhinelander
Clean out the splashwell down to the glass surface, and use truck bedliner. Make sure the glass is clean and free of other chemicals.
