| I also wondered if the dry storage was going to be enough for me. So far, I have found it to be adequate. I'm surprised just how much I can get into those compartments. I have been out in some pretty good soakers so far, and the dry storage really is dry! Personally, I don't like to store my tackle in the storage compartments, I like to have it out for easier access. I use two Lakewood tackle boxes. They fit perfectly under the dual consoles. Doesn't take up any useable floor space and keeps everything handy for me. I have an 80 pound Minn Kota Terrova on the front of mine. Again, I have found it to be adequate. This is my first season running a 2060, and so far I couldn't be happier with the boat, as well as the equipment. There is still lots of fishing left to do this year and I'm sure there are other challenges to put this boat & equipment through, but so far they have handled everything I have thrown at them with flying colors! |
