I'm thinkin about trying to do some walleye fishing in northern michigan. The two lakes are Burt Lake and Mullet Lake (Spelling?) They are right next to each other. My buddy has a 7 bedroom cabin up there on the lake. So we are gonna try and plan a fishing trip. If u have any info on either of these lakes it would be awesome. Thanks

Justin

You may want to post these questions on MichiganSportman.com

I tend to fish some on the lakes on the West side of the state.

OneTime,

Both lakes are good lakes to fish, depends on the time of year you go there. I like to fish it around memorial day weekend then again around labor day. Last year we stayed up there for 5 days and did real good on Burt lake. ( my personal favorite ) . If you have a map look for sharp breaks and little holes in the flats.

There is a place on the place around maple bay that is real good. If you want send me an e-mail and i will give you so waypoints, and try to help you out.
